Cushman & Wakefield

The Shreve Building is managed by Cushman Wakefield commercial real estate brokers. The assignment was to design and build a new website that would promote the historical legacy of the building and give prospective tenants a perception of the surrounding area. The six-page navigation site offered a special feature by  painstakingly cataloging the layouts of each office of the 11-story building in. The launch was so successful, tenants were calling to rent offices based on the information from only the website. Within 8 months of launching, every vacant office was filled.
